Terms of Use
These terms are the conditions for using CForge and this site. By using CForge you accept them, together with the privacy policy.
1. Who offers CForge
CForge is a product of FLOW SOLUTIONS S.A.S., a Colombian company (tax ID, NIT, 902073017) domiciled in Medellín, Colombia, at Carrera 123 B # 61 - 28. You can write to us at cforge2026@gmail.com or call +57 314 826 6581.
2. What CForge is
CForge finds the best moments in the live streams of creators who allow it, edits them into vertical clips and, with those of several creators, into long videos that CForge's mascot presents, and publishes them on the channel of whoever authorizes it. Today it is a private tool: there is no open sign-up, and these terms apply to the people FLOW SOLUTIONS S.A.S. gives access to and to the creators who give it a permission. Each person signs in with an account of their own and answers for what is done with it: look after your password and do not share it.
3. YouTube
CForge uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the channel its owner connects. By using CForge to connect a YouTube channel or to publish on it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
4. If you connect a channel
- You must be the channel's owner or be authorized to manage it.
- You decide what is published: each video's title, description, privacy and time, and you declare whether your videos are made for kids.
- You are responsible for what you publish complying with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and the law, including other people's copyright and privacy.
- You can disconnect your channel at any time. The privacy policy says how, and what happens to your data.
5. If you are a creator who gives a permission
- Your permission says where the clips of your live streams may be published, with which credit and until when. CForge does not work with your content without a permission in force. If your permission allows recording, YouTube and CForge's commentary, your moments may also appear in the long videos, alongside those of other creators.
- You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. From then on CForge stops recording your live streams, cancels what was scheduled and deletes the clips it holds of them, published or not, and the long videos they appear in.
- What was already published stays on the channel where it was published. If you want it taken down, write to us.
6. Content and its rights
The rights to the live streams and to the clips made from them remain with their holders. CForge uses them only within what each permission allows. CForge's software, name and brand belong to FLOW SOLUTIONS S.A.S.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use CForge to:
- publish content without the permission of whoever holds its rights;
- publish illegal or misleading content, or spam;
- get around a platform's protections, limits or rules;
- pass yourself off as someone else, or sign in with someone else's account.
8. Other parties' trademarks
YouTube and Twitch are trademarks of their owners. CForge is not affiliated with YouTube, Google or Twitch, and is not sponsored or endorsed by them.
9. Availability and liability
CForge is offered as it is. It may change, fail or stop being offered, and it depends on platforms that decide on their own: they may refuse or take down a video, limit an account or change their rules. To the extent the law allows, FLOW SOLUTIONS S.A.S. is not liable for those decisions or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives a consumer.
10. Ceasing to use CForge
You can stop using CForge, disconnect your channel or withdraw your permission at any time. We may suspend the access of anyone who breaches these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change substantially, we will announce it on this site and tell those who have a connected channel, a permission in force or an account before the change applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
