How to delete your data
How to remove CForge's access to your accounts and how to ask it to delete the data it holds about you. What that data is, what it is used for and how long it is kept is explained in the privacy policy.
If you connected a Facebook Page or an Instagram account
- In CForge, open Conexiones (Connections) and choose "Desconectar" (Disconnect) on the Page or the Instagram account. CForge deletes it right away, with the credential it published with, and within 7 days at most what Meta gave about each Reel: its identifier and its link.
- On Facebook, remove CForge's app from your account's business integrations, at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools. CForge keeps no credential with which to withdraw that permission itself, so this step is yours.
If you only remove the app on Facebook, the Page's credential stops working: CForge notices it in its daily check and deletes the account within 30 days at most. CForge does not receive from Meta the deletion requests made from Facebook's settings: for us to delete your data, follow these steps or write to us.
If you connected a YouTube channel
- In CForge, open Conexiones (Connections) and choose "Desconectar" (Disconnect) on the channel. CForge revokes its access at Google immediately and deletes the channel's data right away, within 7 days at most.
- Or, in your Google Account, remove CForge's access from the permissions page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. CForge deletes the channel's data within 30 days at most.
If you connected a TikTok account
- In CForge, open Conexiones (Connections) and choose "Desconectar" (Disconnect) on the account. CForge deletes it right away, and within 7 days at most what Zernio and TikTok gave about each video.
- The account stays connected at Zernio, the service CForge publishes on TikTok through: remove it there too.
If you are a creator who gave their permission
Write to us to end your permission. When it ends, CForge stops recording your live streams, cancels what was scheduled and deletes within minutes your clips, published or not, with their transcripts, their vertical versions and what artificial intelligence said about them. If you also ask us to delete what was published on CForge's accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, we delete it. What was published on someone else's YouTube channel can only be deleted by its owner.
The record of your permission and of what was done with your content, without video or audio, is kept as proof. If you ask us to delete it, we do, except what a law obliges us to keep: in that case we tell you what and why.
If you have an account to sign in to CForge
Ask us by e-mail to delete it. A deactivated account can no longer sign in, and its data is kept until you ask for it to be deleted.
By e-mail, for any data
Write to cforge2026@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Say who you are, which account, channel or permission is yours and where we should answer. We delete your data right away, within 7 days at most, and we confirm by e-mail what we deleted and, if we must keep anything, why.
What other companies received is deleted within their own periods, and what is already published on a network stays there until its owner deletes it, as the privacy policy says.
